Absolutely love this and should have got it sooner. You just feel so amazing and refreshed after using it, 30s x 3 is perfect. My skin feels tighter and my jawline is getting even more defined! This is junk. It's too shallow to submerge your entire face without spilling and it's too flimsy to move with ice or water in it, so it just makes a huge mess.
I realky like the product, but as many have stated…it’s really not deep enough. Ive been using this daily since i bought it, and finding the sweet spot it hard to do. Fill it to whete i can cover more of my cheek without smashing my nose on the bottom and the water spills out and makes it harder to breathe easily. Fill it less full…less coverage and less satisfaction with the experience. Id also recommend making the air channel on the bottom a little larger to account for continued ease of breathing when there is some overflow.
It really it a great product, and i want to give it 5 stars, but ihope version 2 will incorporate some of these concerns.

I bought a hard plastic face plunge and loved it but I travel at least 2 weeks a month a week for work and it was hard to take it with me. I bought another collapsible face plunge and it was good as long as I could hold my breath but that wasn’t as long as I wanted my face submerged and then I saw the Nordic and it was perfect. I use it every day when I am on the road, it is very convenient and does the trick every time. I love It! Eric

I'm sorry to hear that. Most customers are able to comfortably immerse their forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, and chin (vagus nerve focus areas) while breathing through the open-air center.
Before your next use, please make sure both the plunge walls and mouthpiece are pulled fully upward, as they're designed to extend and provide additional room for facial immersion.

Best as a travel plunge. The mouthpiece is big and takes some experimenting to find comfortable way to use. The bowl is all silicone. Great for packing but you want to fill it were you use it. It’s so flexible you can easy spill. Best to have a tray to carry it around with.

One thing we were intentional about in the current design is making sure the water reaches the areas around the eyes, cheeks, and forehead while still allowing comfortable breathing through the mouthpiece. From a cold exposure standpoint, many of the benefits people are looking for can be achieved without having to fully submerge down to the ears.
That said, I completely understand where you're coming from. Some people prefer a deeper immersion experience and want the water level closer to their ears and jawline. We're actively working on Version 2 and feedback like yours is incredibly helpful as we evaluate potential improvements.

The size of the basin to dunk more head is too shallow. Annoying. I would like to return it.

We designed Nordic to be lightweight and flexible so it’s easy to store and travel with, which can feel different from something rigid when it’s full. Most people end up using it on a counter or sink rather than carrying it filled, but I hear you on that experience. We are taking the firmness into consideration for V2.
I love this thing! I do full body plunges when I have the time, I saw this product on instagram and it’s been a game changer. It could be a little more sturdy, but I love that it collapses and doesn’t take up a lot of room under my cabinet. It is also so much easier to do daily than the full body plunges.

I must have a big face. My nose hits the bottom and gets scrunched. The chin section is a little narrow for my round bottom chin. Other than that I enjoy the parts of my face that does get to experience the plunge.

I bought it for my husband, who had been filling a bowl with ice water in the morning and here’s what he said: “It has made an important part of my daily routine convenient and easy!”
Love that it is silicone and ultra portable, i.e. easy to clean, stash, and include in luggage or backpack for when traveling. It accomplishes the immersion needed for your face tho I wish it had slightly more depth.
